Yi Jin Jing Qi Gong

This form of Qi Gong is dynamic and meant to Nourish the Liver Meridian and bring flexibility and nourishment to the tendons. It is believed to have been created by Bodhidharma, the founder of the Chan School of Buddhism in China, during the Northern and Southern Dynasties (420-589). This is a set of 12 movements.
