Heavenly Chakra Sound Bath Meditation

Crystal Sound Bath in the Salt Room where we focus on the first three Chakras: Vishuddha (Throat), Ajna (Third Eye), and Sahasrara (Crown) Chakras. During this class, we will go on a guided meditation through these 3 Chakras.

This class will be taught in the Salt Room during a Salt Therapy session by Joshua, our Reiki Grand Master, and Instructor.
