Spring Qi Gong
Through these Qi Gong practices, we will learn how to calm our mind & our Hun (the Spirit of the Liver) in addition to nourishing the Liver Qi with the right direction of flow.
Here we are learning how to take all that Qi we cultivated and protected during Winter Qi Gong, and give it a free flow of direction. During the Spring, Qi is moving upwards and out; we can see this in Nature, through the early blooming of Daffodils and the delicious sap rising in the Birch and Maples.
The techniques we will be learning consist of: Celestial Rise and Fall, Spinal Cord Breathing, Press Back to Banish All Illnesses, Shooting the Bow, and Enhancing Liver Qi.
